Tigers launches K&N Engineering on China’s Tmall e-commerce platform
Supply chain group Tigers launches flagship e-store for US performance air filters manufacturer K&N Engineering
Hong Kong, Tuesday, 13th February, 2018 – Tigers has launched a new flagship store for K&N Engineering on online marketplace Tmall, supporting the US manufacturer to enter the China e-commerce market.
The Hong Kong headquartered e-commerce specialist set up the Tmall store, and will manage the service, and build up K&N Engineering’s omni-channel sales capabilities.
“China is the largest e-commerce market in the world, with over 380 million online shoppers, and it is predicted that within the next ten years over 50 per cent of China’s purchases will be conducted online,” said Paul Huang, Managing Director, China, Tigers.
“With this e-commerce service, Tigers can help brands, such as K&N Engineering, develop channels to explore new markets, optimise input costs, and improve market share and operation performance, without having to worry about language, personnel setup, or legal representation.
“We handled the setup and design of the K&N Engineering store on Tmall and will develop bespoke marketing strategies to promote the products through campaign management, promotions and special offers, performance analysis, and customer service.”
Tigers will operate the store on the behalf of K&N Engineering and will provide content creation, product content optimisation, and customer service, and will identify and engage with target audiences, and drive traffic through marketing and promotion.
